The Problem We Solve

Military freight requires more than finding an available truck. It requires knowing the carrier, knowing the driver, and maintaining a transportation network that is qualified, verified, and ready when capacity is needed. A one-time background check is not enough — a driver's status can change at any time.

How It Works

1

Carriers Enroll

Motor carriers join the MilitaryFreight.com network — no long-term contract or subscription required to participate.

2

Drivers Verified

Each participating driver completes identity verification and background screening before being cleared to move freight.

3

Continuous Monitoring

Approved drivers stay monitored while in the network, so readiness is maintained — not just checked once.

The Network in Action

Brokers & TSPs

Post freight to the network and browse vetted carriers and available equipment for the lanes they need covered.

Carriers

Manage company profile, drivers, equipment, and lane rates from their own portal — and appear in broker searches once approved.

The Carrier Sourcing Division (Military Carrier Account Advisors) builds and maintains the relationships that keep this network qualified and ready — contacting carriers nationwide, guiding them through qualification, and helping them keep drivers and account information current.

No Subscription Fee

There is no carrier subscription fee to participate.

The focus is on driver security: a refundable background check deposit and continuous monitoring. Carriers join the network without a long-term contract; the qualification requirements center on the drivers entrusted with the freight.

What We Do — and Don't Do

We Do

  • Source and qualify motor carriers nationwide.
  • Verify driver identity and run background screening.
  • Continuously monitor approved drivers.
  • Connect qualified capacity with participating TSPs.

We Don't

  • Discuss freight rates, pricing, or compensation with carriers.
  • Disclose TSP, DLA Prime Vendor, or agency names.
  • Promise or guarantee loads, lanes, volume, or contracts.
